Turnkey power center construction
4DA brings engineering, equipment supply and power center construction together under a single EPC contract. We start with the facility’s needs and develop a coordinated solution for power generation, connection and commissioning.
EPC stands for engineering, procurement and construction. It brings the technical concept, equipment selection and site works together in one project. The customer works with a single contractor, while the scope, responsibilities, budget and schedule are defined in the contract. The power center configuration is determined by the facility’s load, available energy resources and connection conditions.

Main work within the EPC scope
- — Technical concept, energy balance and design documentation
- — Selection and supply of main and auxiliary equipment
- — Construction, installation and power center systems integration
- — Commissioning, putting the facility into operation and handover to the customer
How the project progresses
We first collect the initial data: load, operating profile, available energy resources and site conditions. This forms the basis for the technical concept and equipment configuration. Once the solution is agreed, we coordinate engineering, equipment supply, construction and installation. The final stage is commissioning, putting the power center into operation and handing it over to the customer within the agreed contract scope.
What we agree before work begins
The contract defines the equipment configuration, engineering and construction scope, required outcomes, budget and schedule. External network works, site preparation and approvals are clarified separately, with clearly defined responsibilities. Project financing and subsequent operation are discussed separately: they are not automatically included in the EPC scope.
Preparing for the first discussion
Tell us the facility’s location and purpose, current and planned electrical load, operating profile and heat demand. Specify the available gas or other fuel and any known connection conditions. If available, provide consumption profiles, site plans and technical connection requirements. Identify any equipment that must not be stopped. Missing information will be clarified during project development.
