System integrator of power plants: development, equipment supply, integration, implementation, and support of local, distributed, and highly efficient energy generation projects.

4DA Energy Solutions Ltd. Team on Site

Single Point of Accountability

We do not position ourselves as a trading organization, equipment distributor, or design bureau.

4DA Energy Solutions Ltd. acts as a single point of responsibility for the development and implementation of comprehensive technological solutions tailored to the client's needs: engineering design, power center architecture, equipment selection and procurement, supply coordination, execution of part of the work by its own team, organization of installation and commissioning, followed by long-term service support.

The client is offered not just a single piece of equipment, but a ready-made integrated solution: reliable power supply for the facility, primary and/or auxiliary generation, reduced electricity and heat costs, efficient fuel utilization, maximum heat and exhaust gas recovery, accelerated capacity commissioning, and enhanced manageability of the energy infrastructure.

If necessary, the solution is structured based on the company's own power center — via service, lease, or long-term off-take models, with the involvement of export financing and investment capital.

Strategic Guidelines

Mission

To provide customers with reliable, efficient, and manageable energy infrastructure by creating and professionally supporting energy centers tailored to their tasks, and if necessary, providing a solution based on the company's own generation.

Goal

To become a professional platform for the implementation of energy centers, the development of own generation, and maintenance services for energy facilities in Kazakhstan and neighboring regions.

Vision

To be a recognized market player in the field of energy center integration, implementation of own generation projects, and service support for distributed generation, combining engineering, investment, construction, and operational competencies into a unified system for project implementation.

Values

Our Operating Principles

Six rules defining the company's approach to projects, clients, and facility operation.

We think systematically

We consider not just individual equipment, but the entire solution architecture — technical, economic, construction, operational, and service aspects.

We build reliably

It is important not only to commission the facility but also to ensure its sustainable, safe, and predictable operation in the long term.

We work for the long term

The company is focused not on a one-time transaction, but on long-term relationships with the client, based on trust, quality of execution, and service support.

We calculate economics

Every solution must be economically justifiable, cost-manageable, and understandable from the project's lifecycle perspective.

We take responsibility

We recognize the high cost of errors in energy projects and build our work on discipline, professional responsibility, and quality control at all stages.

We support after launch

The real value of a project is proven in operation, which is why service, operational support, and O&M are an integral part of our operating model.

Project Roadmap

Seven steps from inquiry to operation

Each subsequent stage relies on validated data from the previous one — equipment decisions are made last, not first.

  1. 01

    Initial Data Collection

Electrical and thermal load profile, available gas resource, connection points, reliability requirements, and facility site.

  2. 02

    Preliminary Study

Technical feasibility verification: gas balance, operating modes, grid constraints, and preliminary power plant configuration.

  3. 03

    Technical Concept

Facility energy balance, composition of main and auxiliary equipment, thermal scheme, layout, and CAPEX/OPEX estimation.

  4. 04

    Financial Model

Power supply economics, transaction structure, and selection of implementation model — EPC, EPC-M, or EPC-F.

  5. 05

    Contracting

Agreement on scope of work, schedule, guaranteed performance indicators, and risk allocation among project participants.

  6. 06

    EPC and Commissioning

Design, procurement, construction and installation works, commissioning, and bringing the power plant to design performance.

  7. 07

    Operation and Maintenance (O&M)

Scheduled maintenance, spare parts, operational mode management, and availability reporting throughout the service life.
